Name Origin: "Otalith" | It means nothing! | User Created!
• Otalith, sometimes called Maple due to her colors and markings, feels most alive during the season of Autumn, Fall. It's where all her inspiration for new things comes from- be it baking, candle making, or crafting up wreaths out of Holly and dry leaves.
• She's often seen to have favored smaller familiars over the larger ones. It's quite cute, really, seeing her play with ember mice and Java sparrows. She's got such a sweet scent about her, it's rather irresistible to these small critters, and in turn they become much more docile around her.
• Another hidden talent of hers is baking, a hobby she adores yet has little time for. Her most famous recipe are her chocolate chip-maple syrup cookies, and she won't give anyone the recipe no matter how many times she's been begged!
• She can tolerate warm weather- perks of being a fire dragon- and she's always fancied warmer apparel, and warmer foods, so if you see her eating piping hot soup in the middle of summer while downing it all with steaming tea? Don't be alarmed, it's a natural occurrence. Being a fire dragon... This IS normal, right?
Otalith has a talent when it comes to creating natural brews and potions. She uses ingredients ranging from herbs and spices to roots and blossoms. She tends to her own personal garden where she grows the ingredients for her concoctions and despite being a fire dragon, her plants flourish.
She sells her completed brews, along with any surplus ingredients, in her own apothecary.

• Her Gold-Throated Sparrow likes to perch on her hat. It accompanies her almost everywhere. • Constantly smells of spices and honey...with a faint touch of burning leaves. You can always smell Otalith coming. • Otalith uses the clan's stall on Saturday to sell candles. They aren't magical, but they sure do smell nice. |
