Your ears perk at the sound of many trinkets jingling in time, turning to see a strangely-clad Mirror making her way down the dirt pathway. She flashes you a smile and the dip of her head as she passes. "Hail, comrade." She dips into a tent not too far past you, sweeping the tent flap open long enough that you're certain you spotted a large pile of raw gems, trinkets, necklaces, rings, earrings, and the link. You're reminded to stay on guard around these folk, and to check your valuables regularly. Though, you're not sure it's worth it trying to confront anyone here if you did find something missing.

 ______Ariose is nothing if not a charmer. She's a fast talker and an impassionate speech giver, but only to her own ends. She fancies shiny things and really isn't too broken up about stealing them for herself. She angers easily over trivial matters, but can keep her cool when she needs to. She's actually a fairly normal dragon to be around when she isn't 'working', even to the point of being genuinely considerate and kind to those who need help. She can be quite inspirational when called upon, and has no desire for power, easily saving her from being considered a threat by those in power. She's a dedicated, loyal dragon to her General and her friends, but all other allegiances are seen as trivial and are broken as easily as the sun breaks the horizon. |

______Ever since she was young, Ariose has loved all things shiny. However, she really wasn't that keen to have to break rock and get the shinies herself... and so was born the Gem Thief. It started small. She cut her teeth prying jewels and gems from other's apparel and stuffing them into her bags, a practice her family was not too happy about. She was browsing a market near the Lightning Flight border for dragons dumb enough to wear their shinies around this area when she noticed a procession of well-clad Mirrors coming through. She made it away with a few shiny pieces of their armor, or she thought she did. She was cornered in an alley and thought herself a dead girl, until one offered her a place amongst their clan, where she could have all the shinies she could steal off other dragons. She readily accepted, finding herself amongst the Order and in the company of others who shared a similar looseness for the property rights of anyone outside their own. ______She steals for her own gain, although some of her spoils are transfered into the hoard rather than hers to keep. The blacksmith Maul often asks her to "find" certain jewels for him when needed, and she's even given some tips on rocks and types of gems to dragons like the Skydancer Pierre. |
