Now he assumes that Dahlia just isn't leaving Elysian because he stayed, and she just couldn't bear the thought of traveling without him.

- Knew only a bit about what Dahlia was doing, and believed in the roots of it
- It was what brought them together
- So the undoing of it was what tore them apart
- Realized that maybe it was to blame for what happened to Sunny
- He fueled the fire though, so only he and Dahlia are to blame
- Afraid he might hurt Sunny again if they try to find him
- Wondering whether he should salvage what he still has left (by supporting Dahlia) or to accept the cold and emptiness that's coming to replace the friendships he used to have
