Exactly as sketchy an individual as you'd expect with a name like "Lowprice Gwen".

Lowprice Gwen's history before joining CLRM is... unclear. It seems she's told a different tale to every dragon who asks, some of which can't possibly be true (who takes on a wartoad by themself — and wins?!), but there's a surprising amount of evidence that her tales are probably exaggerations rather than outright fabrications. And she's a fantastic storyteller!

She's very interested in transmutations between the elements, and has requested that a large portion of experimental runtime be dedicated to seeing what happens if you combine all eleven elements at the highest energies possible. Thus far, her request has been refused on the ground of ~*~health and safety~*~.

She's taken Mars and Lizzy under her wings as Fellow Awful Scammers [affectionate], and is doing her best to teach them her horrible horrible scammy ways. Mars is way too lazy to pick up on anything much, but Lizzy is absorbing Scam Information like an absolute sponge.
