B I O G R A P H Y
Duet is very hippie-ish as most of her clan mates will tell her, but that doesn’t bring down her spirits. She is the leader of her clan and is always kind and calm... but that is only her present and future. While her future is like a meadow full of flowers and sunshine, her past is a dark and stormy road. You see she was sold by her parents the moment she was hatched... but it I assure you its who they sold her too that brought her childhood memory’s in ruins. Spinel... an old dragon who owned a “Twisted Creature Circus” and who in her age needed a “younger pair of wings” to do work for her. Well in this case, that was Duet.
At first, Spinel took care of Duet, but from the moment she began to fly and walk, talk and fly. That was when Spinel started to give Duet the cold shoulder. Spinel started to make her do work. Lots and lots of work. Even work that was completely unnecessary. Duet wasn’t even put into any kind of schooling! So one day, Duet had enough. She was ready to do anything to leave the old dragon. So I’m the middle of the night, during one of Spinels “Creature Shows,” Duet snuck out, with what little she could carry.
And there she went. Flying as fast as she could, in the attempt to save her own life. That very night, Duet was so tired from travelling, that she though that she could most likely find rest in a cave or a large hollow in a tree. Lucky for her, she found a tree, with a great hollow. But. . . It looked as if the hole was made from some kind of blast or scratch, but all she wanted at that very moment, was sleep. When she silently climbed in, she drifted off into sleep, almost immediately after.
Since then, Duet has been on an ever-going quest to rescue those who are lost, no matter the age of the being.
