Biography

M4NN13, or MANNY
"I can not feel physical pain, but what you just said really hurt."
GEHyp0R.png
Buzzing. That’s the first thing I picked up on as I came to. I couldn’t identify the buzzing, but it felt hot… and like it was inside of my core. I had this odd feeling, as well, like I was really heavy and was about to fall over. “H-hello?” I said, and I heard the sound of rushed movement coming to my position.
“Ah! You verk!” a voice exclaimed. A creature entered my line of sight, and immediately I scanned it. Adult male Ridgeback… not a threat. Based on his vitals, he was entirely healthy. “Who… are you?” I asked. “Where am I?”
He looked surprised. “Verdammt, I forget ze stupit memory card!” he yelled. He turned and walked around the room, which I noticed looked very… odd. Smoke came out of fissures in the ground, and magma periodically dripped down-
“Gah!” I exclaimed, and my mind rebooted for a minute. The Ridgeback, I mean, Dr. Geode stood in front of me. “Zere, you shoult remember everysink now,” he explained. “So, vat iz mein name?”
“Dr. Geode,” I responded.
“And vat is your name?”
“M4NN13, or Manny.”
“And vere are vee, right now?”
“The Ashfall Wastes, in a lair owned by a Mr. Yawing.”
“Yes, exactly right, Manny. Now, can you stand?” I hoped so. I actually hadn't even tried to move since my systems had started to function. I felt my sprockets begin to shift, which felt like a good sign. Slowly, I began to move, and I was standing at my full height-which was a bit shorter than Dr. Geode.
“It voult appear that locomotion iz funkchinink quite nicely. Zat iz gut. Now, can you try to fly for me?” he asked. I looked at him quizzically. Based on my calculations, my body had too much weight for me to get off the ground.
“Ah, I see zat your calculator is verking az vell. You know flight iz impossible for you. Gut.” He turned away, and I took notice of the extra set of metal wings on his back. They mirrored the ones that I had. Interesting.
“Manny!” Dr. Geode suddenly shouted, startling me. “Are you coming out into the lair? Ze verld needs to see you in all of your glory. I dezigned you vith the purpose to live.” I suddenly felt something in my core. The buzzing was beginning to get faster, and my body was overheating.
“D-Doctor, I think that I am sh-short circuiting,” I observed. “I need assistance a-and can not leave.”
“Nonsense!” he responded. “You are just scared. But don't be! Zese dragons are our friendz; zey will not hurt you or me.” I felt my body beginning to cool down. Dr. Geode was right; I was scared for no reason. It was time for me to get to know my new home, and all of the different dragons that I was now picking up on my scanners.
“Come now, mein child,” he whispered to me, and the two of us made our way out of the lab and into the lair, where a ton of colorful, happy dragons were waiting for us.

Vitriol didn't expect to be given so much money--most of the potions and other alchemical products he sells are pretty cheap, but he took the money.

"Unfortunately yes, especially with the battery part. Not to mention how much rain can rust your body if you're not careful. Thank the Lightweaver there's always that one engineer in every clan. Anyways, you probably can't drink this, but I'm pretty sure there is one organic dragon who could find some use for it."

Elixir of Good Fortune
A glass bottle with white lace decorating it around the neck of the bottle, holding a golden and silver liquid that seems to sparkle in sunlight. Drinking this improves a dragon's fortune, allowing them to hit more critical hits and find more items and money.
