It's what I use for all my offsite commissions when I give price quotes so I thought maybe it could be useful to you too:
X= Z((R+C)/2)
X= hourly rate
Z= base (most professionals use 50-60)
R= From 1 to 2.5, how much will you enjoy the commission, with higher being less?
C= From 1 to 3, how big is their budget, with higher being more?)
