Kaede is an Ice and Water magician.

Kaede was born into a line of criminals. Undocumented and forced to be a criminal himself, he has done countless heartless murders, believing it was the only way of survival. His parents used him. Brutally abused him; physically, mentally, and sexually. He has only known the cold, heartless ways.

One day, as he was running from the police who were chasing him and his parents after a gruesome burglary. He took this chance to run from his parents as well, afraid of their ways. However, he ran into another child behind a giant garbage can. They were both shocked and had a moment of awkward silence before becoming defensive.

Both: "WAAAH!!

???: Don't hurt me!! I can fight back!!

Kaede: ……?!!;; 🔪

Never having seen a young boy his age, he put his knife down curiously. The other boy panicked seeing the blood on the knife, but he proceeded to ask him if he wanted to share some food he stole, and this was the start of their friendship.

"Well, my name is Frisk! What's your name?"
"I don't... really have a name..."
"Really? Then how about I give you one?"
"I, uh... sure, I guess..;;"
"How about..... Uh.. Brioche?!~ Sounds cool, right? I saw it in a store once."
"U-Uhm.. sure…??💦"
"U-Uuuuhmmm.. Wanna have some bread now...?"
"S-Sure...!"

They joke, they chat, and they laugh a bit.

Frisk taught Brioche carefully and cautiously, as he was aware of crime on the streets. Together, they caused some havoc around the city, stealing food, and doing whatever it took to survive, save for killing, banned under Frisk's rules. A couple of days later, they stole some food and ate together, hiding some place. They were just messing around as usual...

...But then, they were caught.

"Hgk...!! Waah!! I-I'm sorry!! I didn't mean to do iiit!!"

"I-I didn't do anything...!!"

"Hmph.. You boys stole some food earlier. Tsk tsk. In fact, you're the ones I see running around stealing food everywhere all the time."

"We're soooorrrryyy!!!"

"Well, next time, how about you just join us, instead?"

Both boys stared, puzzled. "?????" They blink at each other until Brioche was about to attack violently, but Frisk puts a quick stopp to him.

"No!!! Don't do that!!" Having been taught violence and murder at a young age, however, he had always been incredibly confused by this "no violence" behavior. The two of them became even more confused when the lady took them in for a meal. She was the owner of an orphanage, so she kindly took them in. She dressed them, bathed them, fed them... This would be their new home.

The two boys were mischievous, however, having lived on the streets for so long. They still went out and stole some items. They caused her many problems with people, frequently apologizing to shop owners and the like. Regardless, she fought to take care of them if they got into deep trouble, no matter what it took.

Frisk was a boy who had been abandoned long ago, adopted by two men whom he despised, so he ran away and wandered the streets alone, simply just trying to survive.

Every time Brioche tried to solve things violently, Frisk stopped him. The teacher/mother eventually got fed up with them and tried to get them distracted from the mischievous deeds. She handed them a tablet to which they found Gemshine Impact, took dance lessons, and even learned how to make videos. They began becoming insoired my many things, finding new passions.

They have many old embarrassing videos that Frisk took old dance videos with their teacher and classmates, old videos where they were learning to edit. All that fun stuff.

With their newly found inspirations, they changed for the best, together. Ka*ya was both their favorite, so they grew up and created a fan club together. Frisk became the founder, and Brioche chose to be the cofounder--except he also wanted to take on the role of Messenger. Brioche made a new name for himself, obviously inspired heavily by Ka*ya, he named himself with the letter "K"; He chose "Kaede". Frisk styled Kaede's long beautiful hair the same as Ka*ya, resulting in Kaede exploding with embarrassment and demanded he fix his hair to be more original but still inspired by his hairstyle.

To this day, he is a wonderful dancer, messenger, and he even got into wine tasting/drinking because of Ka*ya. He's very much like Ka*ya in personality, but a bit more flirtatious, and yet, still bashful. He even picked up on Ka*ya's style of talking and dresses up in clothes he thinks Ka*ya would wear. He gave a nickname to Frisk [Frost] for being so cold to him when they were little (they bullied each other often) and to this day, only they call each other by their respective nicknames, Frost and Brioche, which the rest of the fan clubs would later find out.

Frisk had almost been a teacher to Kaede as well. He had no idea of his actual past, but gave him a whole new life by teaching him "no violence, unless necessary".
Even when Kaede's parents snitched on him in recent times, Frisk defended his brother and aided him to recieve a lesser sentence because he was a kid who was forced to do bad things. He is basically there for Kaede forever, and now, he is supporting Kaede's love life to death with all his heart.
After the incident with his parents, they were sentenced to life without parole, as they've killed hundreds without mercy or guilt, and for raising a child in such a cruel way.
