=============================
Ceramis gathers wishes and sends them to the sky. He has renounced his biological parents (but still cares about them) and has decided he is the son of the moon itself, decorating his tent finely to represent such. He carves them into enchanted vases which he offers to the moon herself, and occasionally gifting them to Onis. Whatever may be carved into those vases before he glazes them is automatically tattooed onto him in runes, giving him new runes with every dragon he meets.

He may be a very materialistic dragon, but he is not selfish. He earns everything he has fairly, and grants people's wishes as they come to him. He adores the idea of an item changing hands numerous times, allowing it to see the world with as many dragons as it can. Ceramis thinks more big-picture rather than everyday detail.
You walk in, not knowing what to expect. "Ceramis and Scholar's pottery wishes" read the sign on the front of the shop. You nearly missed it. There's a small table in the center of the room, an ornate tea set rests on the faded cloth. A knowing voice speaks "Why do you seek?" You are confused. What does he mean why? "I already know what you seek, I want to know why. Why do you wish for such a simple thing?" Your eyes catch a glimpse of something twinkling among the drapes and carpets that adorn the walls. "I...." you begin to explain your wish.

"I see. Thank you. You will find it granted, but you must grant a wish of mine in return." Your heart drops, what could he want? As you begin to panic, you see the wall shift in front of you, shaping itself into an abyss colored dragon with gentle runes delicately tattooed across him. "Write." You blink in surprise "what?" A longneck scholar hands you a clay tool and Ceramis eagerly watches as you write your wish on the side of a large clay vase, big enough to fit you and another within.
As you go to leave, you notice that new runes have appeared on Ceramis.
==================
Ceramis is one of few dragons who has an otherworldly connection to things beyond Sornieth. His partial clairvoyance is halted only because he refuses to release his earthly ties. He is a gaudy, materialistic dragon, hoarding rugs and silks for his small tent where he hosts his wish collection agency.

He has two familiars, his usual being the wispwillow peryton that stands at his side, and his secondary being the longneck scholar that assists his work. The longneck gets lost among the rugs often though, so Ceramis keeps his peryton closer by. Ceramis has a habit of playing music to his peryton and the moon, and when he plays the whole lair stops to listen to him.
