Petrus has been on his own for as long as he can remember. He soaks up knowledge like a dry sponge, having a fascination with collecting knowledge and trinkets. Most often he likes to watch other creatures, waiting for an object of theirs to fall. Once they're a safe distance away, and the fallen item long lost, it's wrapped around long claws and carried back to his lair. There he hoards them, spinning his own stories for each object and their owner.
