Biography
Deep within a forest of autum colours, on an island off the coast of nature flight, you land after a long flight. Or did you travel by boat? You’re flightless remember? But no you’re not. Its all so confusing.
You travel down a path as satyrs in the bushes watch with curiosity in their eyes. You’re like the one that lives here but also not. So different yet the same. Hushed whispers follow as you slink through the underbrush, your head lowered to avoid hitting the branches. It shouldnt have been a problem for you for how small you are... but werent you tall?
You brush off the conflicting feelings as a stronger urge pushes you further into the forest. You want answers and you want them now.
You come to a clearing, a statue stands proud in the middle. A squirrel climbs up to the top and perches on the statue’s head. Everything seems peaceful. You’ve seen this all before.
A breeze picks up, tossing fallen maple leaves about the small clearing as a voice speaks up. “Ah you’re here. You’ve been a busy bee haven’t you.” You turn to see a golden Imperial, her eyes glow with the knowledge of everything and yet nothing about this world. Her smile is friendly and presence warming, like a strong hug from a friend you havent seen in years. “I can’t thank you enough for meeting all the dragons you have on your journey.” She says, sitting herself down in the clearing. “Your interaction with dragonkind has been an immense help in shaping the world as a whole. You’ve helped uncover secrets lost to time, met gods, helped in revolution, and united parties who would have warred were it not for you.”
You didnt do any of this.
“Didn’t you? Perhaps not yet but just helping each dragon in the little bit you did had a bigger effect than you realize.” She paused. “And for that I thank you. I wouldn’t be able to write their stories without it.” A clawed hand rose to tuck the crimson hair behind her ear.
“My name is KyaniteGem. Won’t you stay awhile and tell me your adventures?”
