from the Slavic element rad meaning 'willing, happy'
Coliseum Fighter // Scholar
  • A convert from Arcane to Nature, but honestly, really that's due to his love for his friends. Likewise he is a coliseum fighter only for Órlaith and Dáithí.
  • When he was young, the older dragons deposited a Basalt Vent Hop in their crèche to amuse the hatchlings. Radu was instantly convinced there was a special bond between them. His childhood was the classic story of a boy winning the trust of his dog lizard.
  • His Arcane homeland gave him a deep interest in magic. His life-long intention is to follow wherever that interest leads him. Mainly into books.
  • His fellow dragons find he has strong convictions of right and wrong, despite his lack of spiritual leanings. Compassion for others is important to him, and his cleverness has not made him vain (just a little short-sighted without his glasses).
  • His main fault is that he is often distracted - he can even forget to turn up at all when a shiny new volume or fascinating old tome ensnares him. When someone goes to fetch him, Radu is inevitably found reading, with his dear Vali asleep at his claws.
