Humbly haughty,
wisened by conquest and coin and bloodied whiskers. Although her pastel colors may remind some of candy, Sucre is anything but sweet. Sucre is easily the largest dragon in Bruins' clan, so naturally she plays a major role in defending her lair and offending coliseum venues. She knows her worth and expects to be treated with that value in mind, and any dragon that wants to live without a broken leg or two does, indeed, keep that in mind. Despite her haughty nature, Sucre can be approachable and genuine. As long as she feels like she is being appreciated, she will converse with anyone and tell them of her latest adventures and spoils of battle. She will often lose herself, recounting every pummeling she bestowed to her enemy while fiddling with the jewelry she looted from their mangled corpse. This step-by-step guide to slaughter may go on for hours, and when her story does finally end, it will end without a hint of embarrassment. But, no matter how much she loves spinning yarn, after her tale she will ask the other about their interests or escapades and she will listen intently. She actually is interested in and cares for those who recognize her power. The main reason Sucre is loyal to her clan is because Bruins is her best companion and most compatible lover. The two may seem an unlikely pair, Bruins being a warm, matronly figure and Sucre being a sentient machine of death and destruction, but the Snapper is always appreciative of her work and even asks her for advice in leading the clan, so the Imperial respects and loves her. |
