Nijuushi

Nijuushi couldn't accept what happened to her Grandmother. She decided that no one else would have to deal with the same thing, losing a parent, friend, or child. It is one thing to have your loved ones leave to join the Exalted Pillars of their own free will, but to have them be forced to leave because of failing health? It was such a sad thing to see a dragon waste away until they were unable to move, lying there motionless and silent. Some people said it would be better if dragons were able to 'properly' die like Beasts, instead of the painful limbo they faced if they made the choice not to join the Deities.
So she studied, and became a healer. No, The Healer. She would become such a powerful, skilled being that she would be able to restore anyone to health! Be is sickness, curses, or even...one from the Silent Lairs....
She has combed her line, everyone from Arathorn down to herself, compiling a family medical history. Her family is...strange...which is good from a medical standpoint, plenty of case studies... But WHY would a family suddenly start naming it's children after numbers, counting the generation since they've been banished? (And are there really TWO nineteenth generations, or is she mistaken? And Where is Generation 21?) What is with the obsession with dogs? Did the Diary in the family's library really insinuate that Astarael could visit the exalted? Did her great^5th Grandfather REALLY make a Veil of Death straight out of Scaley Potter? Sometimes she really wonders about her kin...
