History

Porphyry has always known she was special. How could she not, with everyone always telling her so? With her igneous-colored scales and feisty attitude, she's the model of the ideal fire dragon- and a demigod to boot.

Well, maybe not a full-blown demigod. See, Porphyry's a gift from Flamecaller herself- found as an egg by the clan warriors during the dominance push. (The inspiration for the sudden push had come with the new volcano and the surge in elemental energy. They had to both be signs, the fire dragons reasoned; Flamecaller must be calling her children into action.)

To find an elemental egg of their own so soon after only strengthened the idea. Porphyry was raised as the clan's princess, never lacking what she wanted. But don't think that being a princess means she never does anything for herself. Porphyry's a proud volcanologist and geologist and she's often spotted flying over the new island. Her love of excitement and discovery means that she's always keeping busy.
