Mizūmi, the sister of Kaiyō. The twins came to the clan from the realm of the Windsinger. Historically, due to the bickering of their gods during the first age, Wind and Water Dragons never quite got along. However, Mizūmi and Kaiyō were always teased as young dragons because they so closely resembled legendary water dragons like Leviathan and Mercury- even the Tidelord himself. As a result, they found themselves alienated from the Wind Flight- and increasingly drawn towards the dragons they had been told they looked so much alike all their life.

The two found Sandstorm, Valeria, and Kargarok scavanging for food on the shores of the Tsunami Flats one day and asked if they could live with them for awhile, so that they might find out what Water Dragons were like.

A while soon became a lifetime, and neither Mizūmi or Kaiyō looked back. Mizūmi has even found a mate with one of the clan's herbalists, Mathwin. And while the clan has taught her to embrace her heritage as a wind dragon, she is more than happy with her adopted clan, and knows this is her true home.
