Cici is one of the more popular members of Clan Amberspire, as she treats everyone with great kindness and respect. She is the head of Amberspire's mess hall, and is the one to greet and take the orders of whoever comes in during mealtimes as well.

Blessed with an uncanny ability to remember faces, names, and preferences, she excels at her job and keeps the kitchens moving at a steady and productive pace while still finding time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome there.

Citrouille is, by choice, never really "off-duty". Her quarters are connected to the clan's kitchens, and she pops in and out as needed. Ages ago, she perfected a form of magical meditation which passively regenerates her stamina and eliminates her need to sleep, so she is always on call and simply rests when the opportunity presents.
She taught this skill to Lady Pepper, alongside many others, long ago. It is also known that Citrouille also greatly aided the construction of Amberspire itself. Just how far her collaborations with Pepper go, however, is not clear.
