One bright summer's morning Silverstorm was chasing after a beautiful orange-coloured butterfly when all of a sudden BUMP! He collided with a rather small, grey and shy looking creature. From stories heard as a hatchling, he immediately knew what it was. A Rainbow Goblin! In stunned silence, they stood face to face looking at one another for a few moments before the goblin scampered off into the tall grass. During the following days, the small goblin was always nearby lurking in the shadows showing a shy yet quiet interest in Silverstorm's activities. Days slowly rolled into weeks and during this time a trust blossomed between the two. Gradually, the goblin's dull grey colouring changed to mirror the colours of Silverstorm.


Rainbow Goblins are an ordinary looking gray when born. They spend a long time wandering across Sornieth in search of a place to call home; however, it's rare to see any Goblins on their journey since they hide in deep burrows to keep out of sight. When a Goblin finds a loving owner worthy of its trust, the timid creature's coat transforms into the colors of its new master. That's why it's called a Rainbow Goblin.
