 BIOGRAPHY XXXDardanos and his sister, Desinessa, were abandoned at a young age. They have no idea what happened to their parents. The two of them waited in their nest for days to see if their parents would come back, but they never did. Dar had to take charge in order to find them food, shelter, and to fight off predators and other dragons. Everything that he and Desinessa have been through, from starvation to fights to traveling across Sornieth, has made them very close to each other. The two are so close, they will do anything to keep the other safe from harm. XXXThere were many days, back when they lived in the Scarred Wasteland, where they weren't sure they would live to see another day. Many creatures were bigger and more ferocious than the two Tundra siblings. They had to learn fast how to take care of themselves without their parents. Dar has always suspected that their parents died, and that's why they never came back for him and his sister. They found it easiest to not settle down in one place for too long, so they constantly moved around. XXXAfter years of fighting to survive, Desinessa suggested to her brother that they try leaving the Scarred Wasteland and look for somewhere better to live. At first, Dar was reluctant; he didn't believe that there would be any place better than the horrible expanse of land where they'd grown up. But Desi eventually convinced him, so the two stocked up on what little food and supplies they could find and went in search of a new home. Eventually, they found the Calyx Coven. It took some time for the siblings to settle in and adjust to living in a large dragon society where most dragons are sweet and helpful rather than ready for battle, but today the two are fully respected members of the Coven. XXXThe need to fight to survive made Dardanos a skilled Hunter. He uses the hunting and fighting techniques he learned when he was younger to hunt for live prey. His diet consists of only plants, but he has no problem hunting for live prey to provide for other dragons in the Coven. He also enjoys hunting alongside the other Coven Hunters, as well as his Duskthicket Bonepicker Familiar named Bones. Dardanos met Bones during his and Desi's journey to find a new home. He likes to collect bones from Zucca the Cook to feed his Familiar, who enjoys stockpiling the bones to eat later. |
