A bit of an eccentric, Carmeana none the less keeps the clan (mostly) in order as Renaldord brings in his strays. She's never met a dragon she couldn't assign a job to, and her door is always open (literally, she can't stand the filthy stuffy air of a cave, and who said dragons should live in caves to begin with? Rubbish.) and a kettle is always ready to brew just the cuppa whatever you need.
