B I O G R A P H Y

Rivercross was one of the first dragons that joined Calypso’s band of ragtag wanderers. The zany dragon left his old clan to learn about the world and traverse the lands for inspiration. He left his roots of Sunbeam Ruins and floated through the skies aimlessly. From the Tidecaller’s flat, to the twisted thicket of the Labyrinth. He had no destination in mind. By following the winds of the Crescendo, he flew across Sornieth and eventually found himself in the territories of Arcane.

He felt dazzled by the sheer glow of everything, especially the Starwoods. He felt drawn to the forests and decided to create a home near the area. The starwoods were young and unstable so he decided to take refuge in a crystal spire that night.

Calypso and Hollows stumbled upon Rivercross as he was curled up in the trees. It was rather odd since he was curled in a young starwood and it was quite the sight since the sapling was drooping while the spiral is curled around tightly. Rivercross woke up quite abruptly once Hollows shuffled the tree, but took very little time introducing himself to the pair. He could have sworn up and down that he slept in a tree by the edge of the forest, but it seems that he couldn't stay away from the starwood. Calypso instantly took a liking to him once he shared his adventures and was fascinated by his ideas. She also wanted to create tangible dreams. One of their earlier projects were glowing mushrooms to light up the paths, and soon they became wearable mushrooms, which the tiny fae still uses to this day.

Presently, Rivercross is one of the creators of the conjure up new ideas, mainly for innovative ways to create homes for the many dragons that are entering the clan. He is mainly the inventor but dabbles in the creation aspect. That's why he stayed, he can be a dreamer of lights while others make his dreams a reality. Anything that gives off a glow is still personally attended to be him and creates interesting and innovative ways of making light. From working with the mages and alchemists of the clan, to more experienced dragons like Deidra and Hypnos. His most eye-catching project to date is the skin that allows his underbelly to resemble a lanturn. It took many tries, but it's one of his favourites projects and after months of hard work, he is glad that it succeeded.
