✘✘✘ Hatched at the high end of the gene pool Tobijah is very proud of his looks and can often be found preening. As meticulous as he is with his appearance, however, he is not as self centered as he seems. If asked he is more then willing to help others dress up or down to better accentuate their natural features. He is in the belief that all dragons are beautiful in their own way, they just occasionally need help to find their better points. He enjoys helping to this end so much that he thinks nothing of spending hours, if not days if needed, to give others the makeover of their dreams.

Despite usually being a homebody, Tobijah had been known to have the occasional bout of wanderlust. Finally, believing him to have reached a proper maturity his parents agreed to allow him to travel as he pleased without chaperones. Provided he returned no later then three days out at
the longest. It was during one of these excursions that Tobijah came across another Dragon clan.

The Lucent Vagabonds.

Captivated by their well traveled appearances he gathered the courage to approach them. After talking a long while with them Tobijah was greatly intrigued by their tales. Not only of their adventures, but of the clan as well. Coming from a small one himself he couldn't image so many personalities co-existing so well.
Having to part ways Tobijah was determined to met them again. Possibly even to visit the clan itself if it was permitted. Flying home he was eager to tell his parents and his clan leader what he'd experienced and learned.

After a few weeks of begging and persuading where needed Tobijah gained approval from the Lucent Vagabonds leader, Abraxas, his own clan leader Zephyria, and finally his parents to join the Lucent Vagabonds. Under the conditions of him visiting home to tell of his experiences, and to occasionally aid with the fashion of those who needed it while he was there, his parents finally relented and agreed. However, that second condition he added himself. It was hard to say if he had been joking or not.
Within three days he was saddled with all he might need and well on his way to the Vagabonds lair.
