Biography
In her youth, Monsoon was the most exuberant, excitable of her three siblings. Her parents, this being their first set of hatchlings, didn't know how to handle her and ended up just shoving her to the side in favor of her calmer and more patient siblings.
However, this had unforeseen consequences on Monsoon, forever altering her personality. It gave way to her most prominent desire; acceptance.
You see, when Monsoon finally came of age to leave her parents, she decided to travel the world in search of herself and acceptance of herself.
Having scaled high peaks, braved tremendous valleys and faced endless waves of ice, it deeply pained her when she ended up returning, only to see her siblings being regarded highly. They were beloved, and it perturbed her on a level she didn't understand. This is when she really began to play up her cheery front.
Though she seeks acceptance, Monsoon couldn't bring herself to hurt another on purpose unless she lost all control of herself, which doesn't happen often. But, seeing this, it did. She lived up to her name, screeching her frustrations, loneliness and pain to her siblings and parents when she brought herself to go back to their lair. Her siblings just chalked it up to an inferiority complex, while her parents berated her for acting so childish. In a fit of disbelief and utter rage, she flew off.
Since, she has once again been traveling the world of Sornieth, now fighting to choose between exploring the hot volcanoes that tempt her so or leaving to plunge into the deep seas of the coast. Though she has not yet found her acceptance, she believes she is getting close, and holds the faintest of hopes that, one day, she will find a true friend.
