Terms of Service
1: Unless you, the buyer, explicitly state otherwise, I may post the artwork I draw for you to my tumblr, my pixiv, my twitter, and/or my reddit. (Please let me know if you wish to keep your commission private.)

2: You may use the artwork I create for you in any way you like other than editing it (including filters and borders, but I allow for cropping and resizing) and claiming it as your own artwork. I only ask that you credit me by linking back to or mentioning my Twitter. Do NOT remove my signature (kyaasuu) under ANY circumstance unless you are using it as an avatar.

3. Please don't ask for drawings with more than 4 people in them.

4. You pay first.

5. Price is per character unless stated otherwise. My conversion rate is 1.00USD=140G=175KT.

Rules

3: If you are not satisfied with what you have received, you may contact me and ask for me to fix it. I will not redraw it, but I am willing to tweak small details for free within two weeks of the transaction. I do maintain that I have the right to tell you no either way.

4: You will pay first, and because of this, if I do not at least send you an initial sketch within a reasonable time frame without a good reason, I will fully refund you. This time frame can vary depending on my schedule and/or any commissions before you. I should provide the sketch within a week of accepting your order.

5: The average turnaround time for a commission is three weeks for a single character fully rendered, but depending on the complexity of the order, the number of commissions I have total, and any real life circumstances that may crop up, it might be completed anywhere between one week and two months.
5a) If I require more time than 2 months, I'll let you know by the end of the first month. I ask that the commissioner be patient during this time period. If I take longer than this without a good explanation, I will fully refund you.

6: All USD transactions are over paypal invoice, which means I'll likely be DMing you. I ONLY accept transactions through invoice for safety.

7: I accept FR currency for unshaded sketches only. Full drawings are USD only, sorry!

8: I have unlimited slots for sketches unless I say the shop's closed. Full drawings are limited, though.

9: Ping list is only for when my shop is closed! You'll be removed once I've pinged you once, unless you specifically ask to be added permanently. Please don't ping me! I am subscribed to this thread.

10: I do not accept NSFW commissions on FR. Please don't ask.
