Icarus is a record keeper for the clan Ouroboros. He helps with laws and with convicting lawbreakers as well.

He's currently secretly romantic with his apprentice, Biela. They're deeply in love but they cannot reveal themselves. It would ruin their appearances and the trust they've built with the community, as they are to be focused on their work when together. Mars, however, knows their feelings but says nothing - he believes it is easy to tell how they feel but doesn't think it's wrong.
