Hakan grew up a member of a traveling troupe of dragons. His clan would travel from flight to flight, clan to clan, and entertain everyone they came across. Eventually, he decided to set out on his own, and came back to the Southern Icefield where he was born. His talent for composing songs telling epic deeds of battle served him well among the warrior clans of the Floes, and he ended up settling down (as much as one can settle down) with Clan Volmark.

Although he may be one of the rough-and-tumble coastal raiders, Hakan also has an artistic side. A skilled bard, he spends his time outside of battle composing and singing tales of his fellows' deeds. He's close with the other singers and storytellers in the clan, and delights in getting together to share stories and work on new compositions.


"Clan Volmark has become something of an auxiliary group to our own clan, so the warriors have come here to assist our weakened Clansguard."

"He wields a spear with deadly accuracy, but can just as skillfully recite a song or a poem. He's something of a warrior-poet, preferring to recount great deeds done by ancient draconic heroes or attempting to compose "the next great epic" about his comrades."
