Covenant Spymaster: The Eyes and Ears
Eldest son of the Covenant's Ambassador, Morrighan; EmetSelch is by far the most feared and respected member of the Covenant's upper echelon. His sheer cunning and subversive nature make him an intimidating force to be reckoned with, and the perfect tool for his mother Morrighan should she need someone to... "disappear." Without her express knowledge of course...
It is for this reason that he and his stepfather Zodiark have much bad blood between them. Zodiark preferring to utilize his own familiars and other sources, instead of the seedy underworld that EmetSelch employs. Too much does he remind Zodiark of his own insidious mother in the Scarred Wasteland and so is very fervent to Morrighan to be rid of the problem. EmetSelch himself doesn't find much use for his stepfather and preferably keeps a discreet distance, though not without leaving intimidating glances in his wake. Oh and the occasional threatening gesture, can't allow the male to grow complacent now can we?
EmetSelch is also, much to everyone's confusion, covered from head to claw in leather and cloth with his face obscured by a Plague Doctor's mask. None know for certain why this is, though there is much speculation that he is grossly deformed. The few patches of skin visible do little to dissuade this theory.
Due to his own large height EmetSelch cannot perform many of his own missions and thus employs (re: Intimidates) others into doing his bidding. Those directly under his wing as his subordinates and actually worthy of mention include:
Typhon - Footpad. And the best damn locksmith he's ever trained.
Leviathan - His personal assassin. Always wearing a creepy fox mask and garish colors, but hell if he isn't good at what he does.
Loghrif - Charismatic and chatty, he sometimes talks too quickly to keep up, will talk you into selling your own mother if given the chance.
Mateus - A female named just like his father, the irony is not lost on him. An assassin as well, but employed less often due to her... less than discreet methods.
Catoblepas - A thing of many eyes and never seems to rest; EmetSelch is certain he's never seen the thing sleep. Usually paired with Typhon as a spy.
