Eowyn

It was a rainy day at the auction-house, the sky seemed darker than usual and especially for the time of day. It was almost like the Shadowbinder was overseeing the sky with her fury and darkness, engulfing those around her..but that wasn't possible because the auction house was being hosted in the Shifting Expanse. Will the Plaguebringer protect this smaller than average Nocturne welp? Eowyn wasn't sure.

Before long, a large Tundra male scooped her up in a potato sack and threw her into a carriage with the rest of the welps being put up for fodder. They were to be exalted to which ever flight bought them first. This isn't what Eowyn or any of the others wanted, she wanted a home to be loved in. A clan to call her own family.

This was the scariest day of her life, how could she ever forget the trauma of being ripped away from her hatch mother and father only after a few weeks? How could she possibly forget?

Just then she heard a small chirping come from her left. Recognizing the deep grunts afterwards she knew it was the auctioneer, but who was with him? The small noise almost made the creature sound frail. Suddenly she was lifted up from the carriage and dropped on the ground without care, then shoved forward.

Someone was unwrapping her sack as a small voice said 'thank you' and the soft ting of treasure could be heard. Opening her big red eyes to the creature before her, Eowyn saw it was an adult female fae dragon who was only slightly larger than herself. The lightly colored female smiled at her as her cheek frills vibrated with excitement.

"Hello little one, my name is Tyrel, the leader of the Unseen. We are a shadow clan and I will be your clan leader from now on." Those were the only words she really needed to hear to know she belonged somewhere. She could finally get a home.

What no one knew until months later, however, was that Eowyn was an unclaimed princess who had been forgotten about once her parents were murdered. Little did she know her 'hatch mother and father' were merely adoptive parents who were just unfortunate enough to have her ripped away from their lives..
