"Eerie" is probably the best way to describe Neschume, as he gives off a weird vibe, that unsettles most dragons. "Spectral" or "ghostly" would be fitting as well, though he is not actually dead in the way that Nobunaga is. No, he is still alive, but otherwordly, and ghosts and spirits of all kinds seem attracted by his presence.
Neschume is a very passive dragon and rarely talks; his voice is soft and whispery, with a slight echoing quality. He is often found staring at something only he can see, muttering under his breath to a being unknown.
Likes:
silence, dark, ghosts, the sound of wind chimes, light rain, the flutter of bat wings

Fortuna stared at the little card attached to the box that Pyrocumulus had just brought her. Well. This was quite the situation. She had heard good things about a certain Lucky Charms seller, but she must have misunderstood, for she though they sold actual lucky charms, and not... lucky charms dragons? She pinched the skin between her eyes with well-manicured claws. This was going to be a headache. At the very least, maybe this hatchling would really help her communicate with ghosts, she mused with a sight, opening the box. Red eyes on abyss skin stared at her from within the box, a slightly unsettling lack of emotions in them. Fortuna smiled at the cute little Nocturne. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to have some company.
