B I O G R A P H Y

After an exquisite introduction from a mysterious ringmaster, the dragons waited in anticipation. The handsome Coatl had left the ring, and so the audience was left with nothing. They started murmuring amongst themselves, whispering to each other about the lack of a show. Suddenly, the sound of a rattlesnake's tail silenced them. Out walked a Wildclaw, a venomous snake wrapped around his neck, and magical candles swirling around him. His red eyes swept around the crowd as he came to a stop in the middle of it all, the previously mentioned candles bobbing up and down in place.

"The name's Nameless," the gray Wildclaw introduced himself, the bells on his outfit jingling as he moved his head, "Let the show. . . begin!"

Trapped by a past he'd rather forget,
this dark Wildclaw dubbed himself 'Nameless'. Wandering the Shifting Expanse alone, Venus found him half starved and dehydrated. The red Coatl brought him to a circus, one with dragons crazy enough to be in a psyche ward. Nameless instantly found a place among them, picking a wacky outfit for himself and claiming the role of 'Jester'. He even got a snake; a dangerous one, even though Venus was against it. Nameless takes pride in doing dangerous things to scare to scare Venus, enjoying how exasperated the Coatl gets. Although he takes pride in pranking and startling Venus (startling him seems nearly impossible, though), he really enjoys his company, even if he'd never say that.

Nameless's days passed by quickly, the fun of the circus life making the daylight seem shorter. The passing weeks become a blur; why should they be separate days when they could be one, long, exciting one? Although, these thoughts changed when a certain guest showed up at the circus. One day, an eye-catching Coatl took a seat in the stands, an off-white hat gracing her pretty head. Nameless took interest in her, distracted by her chocolate feathers throughout his act. Venus berated him for absentmindedly doing his acts,
but Nameless could care less. He wanted to meet that she-dragon. Those fateful steps he took toward her after the show were enough to change his, and Venus's, lives forever.

▸ Valentina: Oh, Nameless? What brings you here?

▸ Nameless: I came to tell you how beautiful you are, lovely Valentina~

▸ Valentina: E-Eh? Lovely?

▸ Nameless: Heh. . . Cute.

_V E N U S_

____Nameless followed the yellow-eyed Coatl hesitantly, his folded wings fidgeting with unease. Sure, the classy dragon had saved him from certain death, but he wasn't ready to trust so easily. Venus brought the timid Wildclaw to a private room, stopping by the entrance.

"This is your room," Venus stated, his red tongue flicking out of his mouth, "This is where you'll stay from now on."

"My room. . . ?" Nameless didn't quite understand; he had never had something to call his own before this.

"You heard me the first time."

The crimson-eyed dragon stared at Venus, ". . . Why?"

"Pardon?" Venus replied, tilting his head questioningly.

"Why are you helping me?"

The Coatl paused, letting the silence stretch for a long time before answering, "Everyone deserves a second chance, even someone abandoned like you."

_VALENTINA_

____Making his way through the crowd, Nameless attempted to pinpoint the location of the stunning Coatl he'd seen during the show. Her chocolate feathers had most certainly caught his eye, and they did so once more, making an appearance in the group of dragons. Nameless pushed his way through the irrelevant nobodies, earning defiant 'Hey!'s along the way. He cut the umber-eyed Coatl off, his ruby eyes staring into hers.

The targeted dragon hesitated for a spell, "Pardon me. . . ?"

"No, pardon me," Nameless answered, his rattlesnake rattling, "Hush, Snakebite."

"Can I help you? I really should leave soon, I need to find my uncle. . . We got separated by the crowd," she asked, giving his snake a strange look.

"Your name, if I may ask?"

"I'm Valentina, and you're Nameless?"

"Correct," Nameless answered, giving her an unsettling smile, "Please, come again, pretty Valentina."
