Nedria

Nedria is often found exploring caves and the mossy dark places close to the ground. She is most at home in a gloomy forest, surrounded by the scents of loam and freshly-fallen rain.
Despite her strange ways she is not unfriendly and often guides others who are less at home in the forest than she, always carrying a lit lantern so that lost travellers may find her, sometimes leading the lost and hopeless back to the clan to be fed and rested, all with a soft, unspoken gentleness. In the morning she is gone again, back to her moss and rocks and fallen leaves.
