Romero

Romero knew Lin from the street racing scene. He wasn't any good, he always lost. But he liked cars and he liked going fast. And she was someone he looked up to and more.

He'd figured if he was going to be apart of anything, it'd be a gang that took their cars as seriously as their clothes. However, the Westside Rollerz weren't looking for members darker than the 2 setting on a toaster.

He wasn't deterred. He had a friend in Donnie, who easily kept him out of the way or on errands and was grateful for help when it came to fixing cars.

But when the Rollerz got involved with the Saints and Lin wound up being one of the casualties, Romero swore he'd get revenge.

On Julius Little.

Initially joining just to kill the man, Johnny Gat took Romero under his wing and used him for other purposes. Even Julius was impressed, though it'd always been in the cards to get rid of Romero before he could get rid of him.

Waking up from a coma years later, Romero had no intention of even leading the Saints, let alone being one again, until he sees his friend Johnny on the news and hears Julius Little is still alive.
