The disappointment he felt on himself when his mates would once abuse him, caused a self-inflicting injury that made some parts of his skin rock-hard. He was able to recover with the help of his clanmates when his cruel mates went to serve the gods. No matter his history, he still believes that he will be able to find a mate that will treasure him.
