 BIOGRAPHY
Menthe is artistic and enjoys spending his time painting; he loves flowers and the sky, and often makes them the primary focus of his artwork. He is somewhat awkward and tends to be easily distracted, making conversations with him unpredictable. Menthe himself is an introvert, however many of his friends are not; he is very close to Sidereal and Yin, and he is often dragged into their shenanigans. He also has made a habit of tagging along with them on exploration trips. While primarily an artist for his own entertainment, Menthe's talents have made him a relatively successful painter and craftsman. He earns treasure for the clan off of his pieces, which Ignis and Candytuft allow him to sell at their shop. He has also attended several arts and crafts fairs within Sornieth; while he has had success at them, he much prefers working close to home.

RELATIONSHIPS
▸ Sidereal: Menthe and his mate seem like polar opposites, but they get along quite well. Sidereal often coaxes him into traveling with her on explorations, during which time he often collects items to bring home for use in artwork later. She is often willing to try making art pieces of her own when he offers to let her use his studio, and while she rarely sees them through to completion, they both have fun in the meantime. ▸ Lior: Menthe’s son is closer with him than Sidereal, likely due to their shared introversion. Menthe has started to take up poetry so that he can have something in common with him, and while they aren’t especially good Lior appreciates his father’s efforts. ▸ Ambrosia: Ambrosia considers her little brother’s hobbies to be a waste of time, while he considers her to be a workaholic with no friends. While they do care about each other, they don't get along especially well and generally leave one another alone. Following family drama between their parents, the two started to interact more. ▸ Yin: Menthe finds his brother-in-law to be good fun, albeit loud and a bit obnoxious at times. He can always count on Yin to at least pretend to be interested in what he is doing, and the energetic imperial is often eager to play with the art materials in Menthe’s studio. ▸ Radiance: While Yin is loud and intrusive, Radi is the exact opposite; Menthe’s brother-in-law rarely touches the materials within the art studio, and instead quietly observes as Menthe works. They will occasionally make small talk when they have something to say, but more often than not prefer to share one another’s company and comfortable silence. ▸ Ignis and Candytuft: Ignis and Candy are always eager to see Menthe’s latest works, and he can always count on them to let him sell his pieces at their shop. He occasionally stops in to Ignis’s forge after hours, during which time she shows him various techniques and encourages him to try them himself. While he isn’t much of a blacksmith, he has managed to make some nice jewelry and metal decorations.
