 B I O G R A P H Y
Meaning... He's full of himself. He, like many PearlCatchers, see their breed as superior to the other dragons. He also bares a distaste for Imperials and holds himself with great esteem. Self confidence is something he has an abundance of. He is very proud of both his appearance and his phyiscal prowess. He also likes the company of the females of his species a little too much. Quite the flirt and dandy. Though, strangely, for all the company he kept he had no offspring with any of his previous liaisons. Turns out, for all his short comings (and there were many, though he would say differently of course..) he took the idea of breeding and being a parent quite seriously. He liked the company of a female companion, but did not stay with her for long as something was missing for him. He wanted to have offspring. He wanted to produced and raise hatchling that took after himself. But first he needed a mate that would be, in his eyes, an equal. And something special... Something.. Different. Exciting. All PearlCatcher females he had met up to that point had been typically normal, if very beautiful, PearlCatchers. So he traveled outside of The Tangled Wood, bidding a humble farewell to the Shadowbinder, and went in search if a mate worthy of him. He started to hear rumours while traveling over The Sea of a Thousand Currents, of a young wind clan that had unique PearlCatcher female within its lairs. Curious, he went into The Windswept Plateau to discover more. The more he learnt about the clan and her, the more intrique he became. He was a bit put out to discover the lair included two Imperials, until he could use that as in excuse to appoach the clan... After all it was only natural for PearlCatchers to check on their own kind... When they wanted to anyway. Cherub was definitely a pain for the clan. He attitude and boastgul manner upset and got on the nerves of many of the clans members. Ara and Ineluriat threaten the bloody murder of him every day. But Cherub ignore this for the most part and he had become completely and utterly smitten on Radiance. She was beautiful and her gentle personality was actually a refreshing change to Cherub. he learnt quite quickly that he would need to be careful when appoaching her as her shyness had her retreating from him when he pushed to hard. To everyone's surprised, Cherub actually started courting her. Taking his time to earn her trust and woed her with food and shiny items that both stunning and delighted her. Cherub, although a mega annoyance, was actually a very good and protective mate. And surprisingly, easily jealous. They were one of the first pairs to lay eggs in the clan. And Cherub turned out to be a excellent dad and was devoted to his children. Although he did rub off his sense of narcissism on them which wasn't as good. He still aggravated the Imperials to death and often wouldn't involve himself with the other breeds unless absolutely needed. But the lair put up with him... If only for Radiance's sake.
