A young male Skydancer with a quiet and shy demeanor. He is chosen by his clan leader and adoptive mother, Aivi, as her Oracle. As an Oracle, Evrae is responsible for embarking on a pilgrimage, recruiting dragons around the world and returning to the clan to join the fold. He is also the Voice of the Matriarch, who informs others of his mother's final decisions and other such announcements.

Adult

Having grown into his role, Evrae has matured into a serene and handsome dragon and older brother to Koline, Avalon, and Astra. His diplomacy and peacekeeping ways have won over many dragons as an Oracle and ambassador for the Echo clan, including many willing and able female suitors; however, Evrae has little interest in settling down and raising a clutch (so he says, but the truth is that having so many women fawn over him that aren't his mother flusters him.) Gets along well with Icarus, Sol, Rhiannon, Dusk, and Ulania.
