Primal dragons of each flight come together to form the council of primals. With their unbridled magic energy, they are the true representatives of their flight. Like their birth deities, they consider each other siblings, and they get along just as well. Or just as poorly. Depends on who's asking.

Zoom maintains the clan's directory of flight representatives. As one of the eldest dragons in the lair - even older than the progens - she was tasked with this duty.

"Our ambassador directory used to include adepts," she starts. "This was before the council of primals formed, however, and these dragons are the pinnacles of their birth flight. There are none better suited for the task of being a diplomat and liaison between The Crystal Nook and their birth flight. For example our plague ambassador speaks on our behalf to diplomats from the plague flight. The council of primals are all born with a natural mastery of their elemental magic. Though no longer mentioned here, the adepts are still in training, should something ever happen to a primal member. Adepts must master their elemental magic to become prime candidates for ambassadors."
