Rusty was nothing more than a simple Tundra that had gotten lost in the expanse of the desert, passing out from dehydration. She awoke to a small yellow Fae, tending to him. She never planned to stay here but as luck would have it, he grew to be enamored with the Fae.

Alas, he would find himself on the last string of his life a few months later when one of her wounds was infected and she perished - only to awaken again in a dark cave surrounded by crystals, a hooded dragon, and her mate, Ribbon. After a period of shock, he was determined to not allow the events that had befallen him to occur to anybody else.

'The necromancy might come with some magic', was the disclaimer Caderell gave her. Rusty used this to her benefit. She couldn't die anymore (at least, as far as she knew), and now? He could use magic to aid the clan's doctor. Even if she still needed to get the hang of it - she was going to heal dragons.
