SUNKISS
Loaner,

A daughter of wind Sunkiss wanted nothing more then explore. When old enough her mother let her outside the clan boundary to follow her dreams, but a week into her new journy all communications were cut. Her clan worried they sent their fasterst flyers and warriors in a serch party attempt. With no luck they waited to see if she would resurface, perhaps she just was distracted!
Distracted she was. She had flown North right into the Plague lands. She had made better time then she though on her way to the Starfell Islands then she had though, thinking she was south of The Wyrmwound still, but when she descended through the murky cloud cover she almost plunged into the pustule lake. Tail and claws splashing into the viscus surface she took off one again for land. Once there she passed out, exhausted, only to be awakened by the voices.
The Wyrmwound had bless Sunkiss with a parasite that would give her great strength in exchange for her sanity, but her frantic flying had gotten her far enough east to Arcane soil. While she lay asleep, the parasite had evolved, and spread. Now aware of what, and where, it was, said parasite took it upon itself to claim the vessel it had been born with in.
Months passed as Sunkissed battled and followed the voice, venturing back and forth between the Arcane and plague lands to strengthen and evolve the parasite more and more.
those at home had not give up, occasional serch parties beging sent out further and further from the Reedcleffs. She was spotted in the Starwood Strand, but refused to return. She had become feral, mind twisted and on the brink of bowing to the parasite. Lashing out at her saviors she was knocked out and carried back home, were the clan medics went to work on finding what had happened. Many spell circles and surgeries later the medics pronounced Sunkissed purged of any trace of the parasite, though the damage to her hide would take more time to heal.
Now very solitary, Sunkiss spends most of her time just inside the shadows, letter the warmth of the sun reflect off the lair floor and warm her. She mutters argues with unseen voices, and snaps at younglings. Rarely does she take flight, and only will it happen at night. Maracam has mandated for another to always be with her when she goes out, not total convinced that she had be purged.
