About
Oberon is an arctic sea monster. Mellow but possessing terrifyingly long teeth and claws, he has an affinity for deep, freezing water. He spends most of his time exploring underwater glacial caves in the northern lands of ice, making regular treks back to the Sea of a Thousand Currents in order to visit his family.

His magic is weak in warm, dry climates.

Family
All his children possess strong water magic. When he comes to visit, he leaves messages for them in intricate patterns of ice floating on the surface of the water. He's the kind of Dad who isn't scary to his kids but is to pretty much everyone else. In additional to daughter Ariel and son Loch, Oberon raised his great-grandson, Mistoffelees.
