Jiacintholf出生在一个远离大陆的岛国上的一个小村庄里，跟一个同龄男孩一起跟随村庄的医生学习。两人长大后撑起了村庄唯一的小诊所，Jiacintholf是个有着温和大眼睛的好人护士，他的朋友是个毒舌却心善的医生。他们是最好的搭档，并肩守护着他们深爱的村庄。
一场瘟疫席卷了那个岛国，那瘟疫疯狂而致命，周边的村庄一个接一个地沦陷。它和他的搭档去隔壁村庄帮忙，试着制作治愈瘟疫的药剂。他们没能赶上，只能眼睁睁看着一个又一个的可怜的村民身体发黑变硬，最后痛苦地死去。
他们眼睁睁看着邻村最后一个活人变成黑色的石雕。药剂快做出来了，他们回到自己的村庄，绝望地发现村庄里所有人都染上了瘟疫，正在逐渐死亡。但还有希望，他们的药剂就快做好了，只要能赶上，他们就能救下大多数人。
Jiacintholf被感染了，他的医生朋友也是，现在他们是村庄里唯二活着的人，而药剂还差一点……Jiacintholf作为医生的助手奋战到了最后一刻，哪怕他清楚自己恶化得比医生快的多，他坚持不到药做好的那天，但他希望他的朋友能活下去。
Jiacintholf的使魔是一条讲话总带着sssss尾音的蛇人，讲话就像医生一样不好听，实际上是个心软的姑娘，会帮主人调配简单的药剂。
