 BIOGRAPHY XXXRomeo was born on Valentine's Day and as such has taken it upon himself to be the designated "Love Guru" of Calyx Coven. It is not an official title in any sense, but the other Coven members agree he is the Love Guru just to placate the Coatl. Romeo is obsessed with true love and how other dragons express their love to one another. As he says, it is his duty to study love and provide answers to any willing to come to him with their questions. XXXHe attempts to pair other dragons together he thinks would make good mates, though his attempts typically end up with him being chased away by the dragons he's attempting to "hook up" together. Most of the Coven members tolerate him the best they can and take pity on him, considering Romeo's matchmaking attempts have all ended in failure. That and he hasn't been able to find himself a mate, either. XXXOut of all of the Coven members, Romeo tends to seek out Toboros and Asopus most often. He sees how much they love each other and thinks they are an "ideal couple" for him to observe and learn from. However, the two disagree with him coming around so often and are always telling him to leave them alone. Not that Romeo listens. XXXNever without his Alstroemeria Fox Familiar, Merry, Romeo can be seen chattering away at the cute little smiling fox all day, every day. Nobody is entirely sure where Merry came from. He just appeared in the Coven with Romeo when he arrived from the Starfall Isles. Romeo's past is an utter mystery to the other Coven members, seeing as he never talks about why he left his previous home in the Starfall Isles to come to the Viridian Labyrinth. XXXWhat Romeo hasn't revealed to any of his new clanmates is that he was chased from his home by his parents because they found his obsession with love to be much too silly. Arcane dragons are supposed to be interested in magic and how it binds the universe, not some crazy emotion that binds dragons to one another. So the Coatl went out in search of a group that would accept him. After many failed attempts at that, Romeo finally found the Calyx Coven, where he might only just be tolerated but at least the members haven't booted him from the Coven! |
