Shao is the resident healer of the clan, her methods are as mysterious as she is. While the rest of her kind prefer to bask up on the sandy shore of their territory all day, Shao is often times cramped in her small medical cavern, mixing potions or treating the wounded.
The coatl is a phenomenal healer and is an important asset of the clan, her methods aren't always sane or ethical per say but USUALLY they tend to work.
More times than not she is seen with her mate Shen. The two seem to work best in each others company and Shen is the only other dragon who is willing to stay with Shao when she is fixing up dragons and taking care of them in the patient cavern.

Shao's Dwellings

Her series of caverns are located on the southern edge of the territory located on the edge of the thick seaweed forests. Her entire abode consists of three caverns, all three are stacked vertically in a large chuck of rock and coral that seemed to have broken off from a larger main rock formation. These caverns are wide and shallow compared to the main caverns in the territory.
The first cavern on the ground level is the widest and largest, this is where she treats and houses patients. There are multiple sick nests that are set up for comfort so the sick or hurt dragons can find a bit of comfort. The second carvern above the patient cavern is the medical cavern where she keeps all of her potions, spells, trinkets, cauldron and medical ingredients. It is a rather wide cavern but not too tall, with all of her stuff inside she can barely move around, but she doesn't seem to mind this.
The cavern on top is the smallest one and this is where her nest is, it is a rather large and complex nest that has materials and trinkets woven throughout the edges, she is an avid collector and keeps possessions that she has acquired in her life. The top of the entire rock and coral formation is flat with a nest of coral woven with soft materials, this nest is used as a temporary nest for the larger members of the clan, because of the triangular shape of the structure it is very study and solid with the size and weight of some of those unexpected guests.
