He who paints in blood

Cicero is a very solitary dragon; usually found muttering to himself inside his cavernous studio.
The solitary dragons duties within the clan consist mostly of making pigments and "bone qiil's" for the rest of the clan to use in drawing up charts and making research notes.

Cicero makes his pigments from a mixture of bonemeal, natural oils and......other ingredients. And maintains a little bone collection that he takes time to mount on the cavern walls alongside his artistic endeavors. Unfortunately his Macabre hobbies have earned him the title of "the creepy guy" among hatchlings.

Oftentimes Cicero can be heard lamenting over how he has had to defend his collection from hatchlings numerous times (as a popular game among them is to dare each other to take a piece of it.) He finds this highly irritating and is a bit sour toward hatchings because of it.

Cicero and Laelettes relationship is an enigma to many. The rumor among the younger clan members is that he finds her beautiful because of how she manipulates biology to her whims. And that he's just a sicko. They are completely wrong; but he refuses to justify himself to anyone.

Outside of his mate Cicero's only companion is Mychal. Who ignore's the Wildclaws reputation and instead focuses on their shared love of art. Frequently collaborating with him to create beautiful wooden sculptures.

Cicero is very aggressive to anyone that upsets his mate and quick to take her side in all matters.
Technically Cicero is a member of the resources and production division. But It is fairly certain that Cicero is loyal only to Laelette and would quickly leave if she ever did.
