Tom Tom was adopted from the Tamaki clan as part of the UERC's initiative to expand it's genetic diversity. Tom Tom carries the notable wasp trait, a trait the UERC hopes to incorporate into it's future generations due to the trait's notable increase in the host dragon's scale durability. TomTom has proven himself to excel in magical research and, after summoning an unlikely alliance, has been promoted to the head of his department.
