Origins - Scorn was born with a rather large and obvious birthmark that covered her face and body, it spread like a web across her body and the other dragons tended to pick on her for it. It was this bullying that cause her a number of issue that to this day she is still fighting.
When she was still very young Scorn fled her home clan and eventually stumbled into a strange mixed breed couple. The male was the first to speak and he introduced himself as Goldleaf and in all honesty he was rather intimidating, he held himself strongly and the clothes he wore were, needless to say, extravagant. Goldleaf’s partner was no different vibrant fabric hugged he frame however unlike him she didn’t speak in fact it was him who introduced her as Akoya while she merely stared into her pear, entranced by something. It was easy for the two to agree on taking the young nocturne back to the clan where she met wide variety of dragons both big and small, young and old. She met Ryder, a guardian and the leader of the clan, Yagmur a wise and somewhat grumpy imperial and others. However as they were settling in for the night at Akoya asked her something. “Why do you hide you face, little one?” Scorn was rather shocked at her question. “Because it is not worth sharing.” she muttered, curling up slightly. The pearlcatcher clicked her tongue, “A face is always worth sharing, how will people remember who you are?” The nocturne paused and laughed. “Remembering a face like mine would be a waste of time...” She continued, fighting the elder who merely watched her lovingly. “Are those your words or some elses” She asked, Scorn tensed up and opened her mouth to speak only nothing came forth. “You have colours as the earth… strong and steady… but deadly as well yet your wings are soft, shimmering… delicate like a bee’s that glimmers under the moonlight. And your ‘scar’...” Akoya paused watching the nocturne shrink at the mere mention of it… yet she had never spoken a word about it. “It’s like a well walked path that’ll guide you through life...but you must remember. It is alright to venture from the footprints of others before you. Your ancestors were leaving you a message. Not a curse.” The small nocturne was shocked. “...a message?” Scorn questioned. “Yes.They put you on this path. Trust in them." She said, smiling softly. The nocturne had all night to think about her word but before the turned over to sleep she said one more thing. “Tomorrow… find the small, dusty Moth. If you get lost. Ask a Butterfly for directions.” And with that she fell silent. Of course a seer would be cryptic. A Moth and Butterfly? What does that even mean... To be continued... Personality - This is where you put the odd stuff about your dragon. Hobbies, traits, weird quirks, etc. Mate - Scorn currently doesn't have a mate and sadly she doesn't believe that day will ever come. However she is comfortable with her relationship with the other members, such as Goldleaf, Akoya, Moth and Monarch. Clan Role - Until further notice Dessertscorn does not have a role rather she has been instructed to focus on herself. To grow and learn from others. Once she has accomplished that only then will she be giving a task to assist the clan further as a whole. Quote:
