Rhiannon is a patient and wise female Snapper. She an impeccable memory and can recall century-old events as though they were the day prior. After hearing about the Echo clan and its interest in recruiting her as their recordkeeper, she devises a plan and tests its Oracle, Evrae, to prove that it's a worthy clan to join. Pleasantly surprised by his results, she happily arrives as the clan's new member. She gets along well with Argus, Sol, Raven, and Evrae.
