Resistance

Will they find our hiding place? Is this our last embrace? Or will the walls start caving in?

Oh man, this is a first for me. I never get music fandragons, but this band is a favorite of mine and this song's on my MP3. (Which is actually saying something, the number of actual songs on here that aren't just video game OSTs is less than a hundred.) I remember using this song once for an English class project - it was basically to write songfic of the book the class was reading at the time, which was the Great Gatsby. I saw escapist romance frowned upon by society and hurtling towards a desperate end and went 'oh hell yeah, Muse time.'

This is a great rendition of the album cover too - it's more than just the kaleidoscopic stained glass, you've got primarily green-orange on the left side and blue-purple on the right. And the male tundra pose is so compact that the shape works - if I close my good eye, I can almost see it. Great job on this one!
