An imposing male imperial stands in a small clearing of thorny trees, so far from his homelands Mellow now finds himself in the Tanglewood of the Shadow Binder. This imperial works with his other refugees to better their clan. His power in the Coliseum is nearly unmatched.

Adopted by the Clan of Whispering Tides as a hatchling, Mellow grew within the gentle embrace. Yet he felt as if he was destined for something different...something great. Upon reaching adulthood, he set off on his own, intent on making a name for himself. He trained daily, working hard to defeat foes in order to make a living for himself. After years of fighting, he found himself in the territory of the Shadow Binder, a deity he had only ever heard of as a child. He found himself drawn to the Shadow Binder's call, and soon after made a home with a small group of refugees who had also happened upon the Tanglewood.

Now, years later, he has returned to the Whispering Tides Clan to visit his once home, and help train up the next generation of clan guards, as he feels he has a debt to the clan that raised him, and one that he must pay.
