Like the sun's rays on a foggy morning, she is welcome if quiet, meandering presence, head ducked and fingers linked together at her gut, a nervous smile on her as her father gently guides her. She wilts like a violet around those she doesn't know, and trying to make her talk never works. She has to come around on her own, peaking through those clouds, but what happens when she does is a wonder. An inheritance of her mother's- she loves to cheer people up, she loves to see people smile, and her optimism is as infectious as any disease.
Her talent lies in people, technically. She is an excellent teacher, second to none, able to tutor and develop skills in others one on one; she is patient and kind and can always see progress in the smallest steps, but that is only when she is entirely comfortable. It's not an endeavour she'll embark upon with a stranger, not because she wants to keep it to herself, but because they frighten her. She treats with a cough, wincing as acid dribbles down her skin and sizzles on the ground, she hides and she makes potions because she can do that alone, and she won't hurt anyone with her toxicity, the bright golden flowers that bloom from her spit and can kill. No, it's okay. She'd rather just be alone.
